Police are seeking assistance in identifying this 8-month-old girl who was found in a stairwell in Toronto today.

A shopper at first thought it was a Doll, but luckily the Baby cried and she ran back and called 911...
Police said the baby, other than few bruises, is in good condition despite left not dressed for the Elements (temperature at -14 Celsius) and had not suffered any frostbite...
